As Director of Sport Science, Jorge holds certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, USA Triathlon Coach, USA Cycling, and USA Swimming, among others. He is been involved in endurance sports for over 20 years, competing and coaching.
As the Head Coach at E3 Tri Coaching, he has helped athletes from beginners to Ironman World Champions to achieve their goals.
Jorge's experience in biomechanical gait analysis, bike fit, and metabolic testing comes from years of studying, analyzing, and coaching hundreds of athletes. His unique approach goes outside the traditional model, aiming to correct imbalances, improve efficiency, address biomechanics, reduce injuries, optimize aerodynamics, and analyze athletes' physiology, all to maximize performance.
