PERFORMANCE BIKE FIT

This bike fit enhances your comfort, sustainable posture, and power generation, while optimizing pedaling efficiency through a functional body evaluation & 3D bike position kinematics analysis using Velogic Studio.

AERO BIKE FIT

The Aero bike fit enhances comfort, promotes sustainable posture and power generation, improves pedaling efficiency, and provides a basic aero analysis.

We use a range of measurements, including body functional evaluation, 3D bike position kinematics, Leomo motion sensors & Velogic virtual aero simulator. This provides a simple way to begin an Aero analysis, test various positions, and identify promising ones for further analysis on the Velodrome track.

Includes: Functional Assessment, 3D motion & pedal efficiency analysis, 3D virtual aero simulation, aero drills plan, detailed report & FREE 45-minute follow-up session.*

Road / Gravel Bike - $320 - up to 2:30 hr session

Triathlon / TT Bike - $365 - up to 2:30 hr session

AERODYNAMIC METABOLIC BIKE FIT

This is our most premium bike fit, which includes the same features as the Aero bike fit, and we add a metabolic analysis to determine the gross efficiency (energy expenditure) of different positions using a metabolic cart & the Moxy Muscle Oxygen monitor.

Includes: Functional Assessment, 3D motion analysis, pedal efficiency, basic aero analysis, Gross efficiency, energy expenditure, aero drills plan, detailed report & FREE 60-minute follow-up session.*

COST

Road, Gravel, Triathlon or TT Bike - $450** - up to 3:30 hr session

**Please note this does not include a full metabolic test profile

Annual Bikefit Review

This service is for our clients who have been fitted at the FreeSpeed Lab* in the past and want to review and ensure the fit suits their current needs, as our bodies/equipment change over the years.
It includes current position evaluation, simple position adjustments, and a report.

Cost - $150 - up to 1:30 hr appointment

*Your previous fit with us must have taken place over the last 15 months.

Post Bike-fit Adjustment

This service is available to our clients who have already completed a bike fit at the FreeSpeed lab* and want to make basic equipment changes, such as trying a saddle model, or have installed new aero bar extensions and just want to make sure the positioning matches the originally fit.

NOTE: If you made equipment changes (e.g., installed a new front end) and want to optimize it for a new position, you'll need either the annual review or a new fit.

Cost - $100 per 1 hr

*Your previous fit with us must have taken place over the last 12 months.

Position Cloning

This service is available to our clients who have already completed a bike fit at the FreeSpeed lab* and want to replicate the original bike fit position we established on a new/different bike.

NOTE: If you want to optimize it for a new position, you'll need a new fit.

Cost - $100 per hour

*Your previous fit with us must have taken place over the last 12 months.

Pre Bike Purchase Consultation

This consultation is available for clients seeking to purchase a new bike & want to determine the proper bike size/model/components. During your visit, we'll perform a functional assessment and body measurements (i.e., torso/leg length ratio). You'll receive a report on what bike brands, sizes, and models may suit you best. 1hr session. NOTICE - This is not a bike-fit service.

Cost - $125 - 1 hr session

Online Consultation

This consultation is offered via a Zoom call. We review your riding history, goals, and needs, and use video footage submitted prior to the call to analyze the current setup. Based on this, we'll propose potential adjustments to improve your position. It includes: 2 hr Zoom consultation, action plan, and free email follow-up 4 weeks after the original call.
*The rider is required to have basic knowledge of adjusting the position.

Cost - $200 - up to 2 hr session
