JORGE MARTINEZ
Director for Sports Science
Jorge is the Director for Sports Science at the FreeSpeed lab and holds certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, USA Triathlon Coach, USA Cycling & Precision Nutrition among others. He has involved in endurance sports for over 20 years competing and coaching.
As a Triathlon coach, he has helped athletes from different levels to achieve their goals from beginners all the way to Ironman World Champions.
Jorge's experience in biomechanical analysis has developed over the years from studying, analyzing & coaching hundreds of athletes. His unique approach goes outside the traditional model aiming to correct imbalances, improve movement efficiency address biomechanics to reduce injuries, and maximize performance.
